The Charter

All NGOs working under the Une Option de Plus label are entitled to all the rights and benefits guaranteed by Une Option de Plus.

For its part, Une Option de Plus makes the continued use of its seal conditional to all NGOs, who must respect a body of general responsibilities.

These elements are laid out in the body of the Une Option de Plus Charter, which must be signed by representatives from both Une Option de Plus and every NGO in order for it to be formally accepted into the Une Option de Plus network.

UNE OPTION DE PLUS CHARTER PREAMBLE

The Une Option de Plus Charter delineates:

-  the general commitments made by Ecuadorian NGOs supported by Une Option de Plus,

-  the rights and benefits guaranteed by Une Option de Plus to be used for the good of all NGOs receiving Une Option de Plus assistance,

-  the general terms of the partnership between Une Option de Plus and each NGO concerned.

The person or persons in charge of each NGO is informed of the content of the Une Option de Plus Charter, as well as any additional modifications thereto.

Failure to comply with any of the responsibilities and/or additional stipulations listed in the Une Option de Plus Charter by the NGO concerned will lead to the immediate withdrawal of the Une Option de Plus label and the end of assistance to that NGO from the Une Option de Plus network.
